Consulting & Collective

The path for organizations, sectors and whole disciplines.

The path, applied to a whole field.

The same path applied to whole fields. More bespoke and relationship-driven. Currently anchored in Red Vineyard, which begins with singer-songwriters, extends to film and screenwriters with a 2027 film cohort, and hopes to welcome visual artists and writers, adding one field at a time.

The community around the work.

The Collective

Goldenwood’s core community, the Collective, is committed to transforming how we work by embodying a long-term vision for renewal. Supported by the diverse offerings of the Goldenwood Institute, this dedicated group equips and inspires its members to contribute towards a world enlivened by hope and possibility.

The Collective is a diverse multigenerational community sharing a passion to see work revived by love. The Collective exists to cultivate a new vision for work that inspires ecosystems of hope and possibility across various industries and communities. Fueled by the offerings of the Goldenwood Institute, this committed group equips and inspires its members to work towards a hope-filled, enlivening world.

CityGuild

CityGuilds are in-person small groups that support members in navigating work-related challenges and questions. Meeting monthly, these groups apply discernment and spiritual wisdom to re-envision professional growth, fostering a supportive community where members can grow both professionally and spiritually.

The purpose of the CityGuild is to “Cultivate Ecosystems of Hope” that develop a long-term vision for renewal in cities by building local communities that engage in collaborative work, fostering mutual support, and creating diverse spaces where people can thrive together. These monthly meetings strengthen communal bonds and encourage the meeting of needs through shared resources.

The path stays the same. We grow slowly by going deeper and by making room for more.
